Payments

Full payment needs to be made when an order is placed.

Your order is not confirmed until the payment has been processed.

Orders are non-refundable.

Cancellations

As items are made to order, all payments are non-refundable and unfortunately refunds can't be issued for cancelled orders.

Chamilli may need to cancel your order. If this happen a full refund will be processed.

If something isn't right or you are unsatisfied with your order, let us know and we'll do all we can to make things right.

Sometimes mix-ups happen, so if you receive the wrong item(s) let me know and we'll arrange a replacement for you.

Delivery & Collection

UK mainland delivery is available for £5 per order. Orders are sent via DPD using a next day service, to keep the samosas as fresh as possible.

Orders can also be collected from North London (near Manor House station), full address given at checkout.

Delivery & collection dates can be selected when you checkout.

Food Safety

Chamilli has a food safety rating of 5. You can view the rating on the Food Standards Agency website.
